Our client is a software company providing client management applications to organizations in the healthcare industry. For the past 15 years, company’s specialists have been helping them create online intake services for hospitals, medical centers, and private practices in the US. A team consists of 250+ people largely focusing on integrations, the platform, and the intake process, providing 600+ different services. As part of the project, we are introducing new technologies, as we transition to ASP.NET and switch from MSMQ to RabbitMQ. We are also working on switching from CI and orchestration to CD with Docker and Kubernetes. The team uses an internal npm registry with Angular for UI development. We are using MS SQL as a database for relational data, MongoDB to store configurations and collections, and Redis for caching as a backplane for SignalR and to utilize the pub-sub pattern.
