Responsibilities

• Strengthen our team and accompany our clients with partnership-based and practice-oriented consulting in implementation projects in the field of accounting. Varied and versatile tasks await you:
• Consulting in E2E process optimisation (incl. automation & use of robotic process automation) for our customers in banking/finance.
• Efficient data and process management for the sustainable implementation of regulatory requirements in finance
• Analysis and modelling of processes to identify weaknesses and potential for improvement
• Establishment and development of process management (establishment of KPIs, governance) for the efficient and sustainable control of business processes
• Contact person for our clients and active participation in the further development of our services (business development) internally and on-the-job

What you should have

• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of initiative, resilience and flexibility qualify you to work in our dynamic and open company. You also possess:
• A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics or industrial engineering with a focus on banking/finance, IT or a comparable field.
• At least two years of professional experience in the area of accounting or the data management area, IT architecture, preferably in a bank, consulting or auditing company.
• Initial or more extensive experience in process management or process modelling is an advantage.
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications and very good IT skills
• Professional appearance, high willingness to learn and perform as well as team and service orientation
• Ideally, the first experience in working with SAP (BA), S4/HANA
• Business fluent in German and English as well as a high willingness to travel
