Responsibilities
• You are the first point of contact for our internal IT service desk.
• You will receive service requests and incidents, evaluate them according to their business impact, analyze underlying problems and ensure a solution or implementation.
• You support the Cyberport colleagues with IT questions.
• You work responsibly in the areas of authorization, client and asset management.
• According to a predefined plan, you will participate in the on-call duty in rotation with your team colleagues.
What you should have
• You have successfully completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist - system integration (m/f/d) or IT system clerk (m/f/d).
• You have already gained professional experience as an IT service desk agent (m/f/d) or IT support employee (m/f/d) in the 1st / 2nd level area.
• You provide competent solutions with your good knowledge of Windows 10 (ideally also MacOS) and common standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• You have already gained initial experience in the area of ITIL (ideally with Foundation certification).
• You have a high degree of customer, service and solution orientation.
• Business fluent German for active communication and ideally initial English skills round off your talent.
