Our client is a US-based investment management business of an American Fortune Global 500 and Fortune 500 company whose subsidiaries provide insurance, investment management, and other financial products and services to both retail and institutional customers throughout the United States and in over 40 other countries.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The client has recently started the development of a system that is in need of enhancements before its final implementation. The system is a warehouse consolidating data flows and processing information so that it can be presented to end-users in an understandable format. Along with its optimization, the project is tasked with a migration from on-premise software to cloud services (AWS). We are the only vendor working on this task, and we need to expand the team. The project’s tasks are centered around the migration of the internal system of the client company. The system is used by internal users of the company. Analytics can be obtained from the system, which are then used for external clients. The system was created by the client's own resources quite a long time ago. A company started working with a team of architects who became acquainted with the system and created a list of recommendations for its optimization.

TEAM

The project team consists of 7 people: 4 Data Engineers + 1 Architect, 1 DevOps engineer, 1 Frontend Developer (Angular).

The team is growing and now we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. The DevOps Engineer will work with the customer as part of the client's architectural team (in addition to a company employees there are about 10 employees on the client's side).
